Google Play Store Gets The Dark Mode Feature.
Google first released Android 10 with its light-wide dark mode. When you switch from "Light" to dark, applications and services like Google Play will follow your system settings while the Dark Mode on Android 10 looks great.
Nevertheless, this "behavior" plagues other users, if they want a White interface in apps, such as the Google Play Store, they will revert to the Light mode. Such users can rest today since a new update is being added to the Play Store application by means of a Dark Mode Switch.
The company has added a separate dark mode to the Play Store settings page. Thus, any issues with a forced light or dark mode are removed. This certainly represents a good move forward and brings more versatile features to the new Android app. You can also set the application to follow the systelem settings by selecting the system default option.
It should be noted that this functionality is not widely accessible to all users. First of all, Android 10 is needed, no wonder. Secondly, only some devices appear to be available. This is inevitable since Google usually publishes Google Play Store server-side updates. We expect more Android devices to get the new toggle in the next few days.
