Thanks to a Chrome extension called the Netflix Party, friends can watch movies and TV shows together, so you can chat simultaneously. Basically, the extension synchronizes what you watch with friends, so you and your friends will watch exactly the same scene as you watched it on the same TV, whether together at the theatre or at the living room. That would contribute to your solitude.

The chat function in the group will allow users to chat as the show progresses, like the Premiere feature of YouTube. It can also prevent spoilers. This is a free update, but only available to Chrome seems to be. So you are sadly out of luck if you're running another browser like Firefox. During this time, this should be a fun way to see films and shows.
